Responsibilities Lead the in‑house accounting team: Build and manage an internal accounting team, including hiring as needed, while overseeing AP, AR, and payroll functions. Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations: Drive the month‑end close process, maintain the general ledger, and ensure financial reporting accuracy in line with company standards.
