Loan Documentation Consultant

Prepare and review commercial lending documentation using specialized document generation systems and standardized templates. Validate credit approval terms and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal lending standards. Coordinate with lenders, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to obtain required information and resolve documentation discrepancies. Process a variety of loan transactions including renewals, extensions, modifications, increases, and new credit facilities. Update and maintain loan records within internal systems and support lien-related documentation and filing processes. Generate closing packages including fee calculations, funding summaries, and supporting disbursement documentation. Conduct detailed quality and compliance reviews of loan documentation to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Interpret credit approvals, commitment letters, and legal documentation to ensure proper structuring of loan files. Support lien perfection activities, including coordination of filings and related documentation requirements. Communicate effectively with internal partners to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate loan document production. Maintain strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and ensure all documentation aligns with approved credit terms.
