Clinical Supervisor of Center Programming

Job Mission The mission of the Clinical Supervisor of in‑center programming (group supervisor) at ACES is to elevate the standards in the treatment of Autism by overseeing and executing Applied Behavioral Analysis to create the best possible outcomes for ACES’ center‑based clients. Job Summary Clinical Supervisor of center programming is primarily responsible for designing, modifying, implementing and supervising Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) designed to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase social and communication skills for in‑center clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other special needs. The position also supports Behavior Therapists in skill development, career development, and adherence to ACES’ policies and procedures. This position reports to the local Clinical Director. Essential Job Responsibilities Maintain in‑center capacity at 80% or higher and prescription fulfillment of approximately 70% or higher in collaboration with the Clinical Director. Maintain and oversee in‑center space utilization and management. Implement changes to in‑center programs, including location shifts, curriculum or rotation schedule updates, and space optimization. Implement QPI score action items. Monitor provider and client CTI and communicate with OM; notify the clinical supervisor and Clinical Director if documentation is required (e.g., PSP). Model in‑center staff on curriculum, program implementation, rotation schedule, and necessary modifications. Monitor implementation of in‑center curriculum across all age groups. Oversee group programming material needs and preparation. Communicate with clinical and admin teams regarding modifications to in‑center programming setup and offerings. Identify, train, and provide ongoing support and clinical direction to group leaders, with initial training recorded and ongoing training conducted in‑person while leaders are billing in group sessions. Place clients in appropriate groups based on skill level and prerequisites. Monitor group placement for in‑center program participants. Supervise 1:1 client transitions into the group, collaborating with the clinical supervisor on transition plans and suitability. Provide verbal and written feedback to Behavior Technicians with complete TPFs (3 monthly). Regularly supervise and direct Behavior Technicians with in‑center clients, collaborating with the clinical supervisor for additional support when needed. Ensure in‑center client goals remain individualized based on the program curriculum. Ensure behavior plans are individualized for in‑center programs. Problem‑solve client modifications and identify additional support needs by consulting with clinical supervisors on client support strategies and modeling for staff. Supervise and develop community‑based and generalization programs (e.g., CIP, focused groups). Problem‑solve challenging in‑center situations with staff, in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors and/or the Clinical Director. Answer parent questions or concerns related to in‑center programming curriculum and services while in‑center. Provide tours of in‑center facilities when necessary. Bill 60–100% of hours in the center. Note: Modeling or teaching staff with clients may involve physical demands such as sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting, turning, reaching above shoulders, and frequent transitions. Qualifications Required Qualifications Ability to work independently with only general supervision. 2+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs. 2+ years of training and/or education related to ASD. Minimum master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field. Comfortable working in a clinic setting. Strong desire to support and develop staff skills and abilities. Highly organized. Professional, positive attitude and appearance. Excellent communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift or move up to 25 pounds. Direct work with clients may include physical demands such as sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting, turning, reaching above shoulders, and frequent physical transitions. Recommendations For Billable Standard And Span Of Control Billable Standard: 5.5 hours per day, dependent on part‑time or full‑time status. Span of Control: Caseload dependent on available hours needed to plan 115% of billable standard for the highest month. 60–100% of caseload hours should be for in‑center clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
