Customer Service Representative - Industry

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager of IMCD France's Business Unit, you will work on sales administration and customer portfolio management in conjunction with commercial teams and product or market managers. Sales Administration: Working in tandem with technical sales professionals: Open client accounts Enter and process sales for France and IMCD sister companies (export) on CC360 Manage and track client dues Manage and track non-compliance issues, logistics, and internals Enter and track samples Promote the MyIMCD platform and website Manage leads: Analyze needs expressed by 'Lead' contact (Onboarding MyIMCD request, sample request, etc.) Provide client pricing Follow up on prospect clients: Collect forecasts, follow up on client re-engagements The duties may evolve based on the company's needs or organizational changes within the Business Unit. Required Experience in Commercial Assistance (3 to 5 years) Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, Sales Force, JDE) Knowledge of the industry would be a plus Autonomy, rigor, organization, and team spirit Good interpersonal skills, commercial spirit English is imperative Permanent Position Based at IMCD France Headquarters (La Plaine Saint-Denis) Remote Work 13 Days of Remote Work per Year 13 Days of Remote Telework per Year Fixed Salary Based on Profile Variable Compensation Representing 5% of Fixed Salary Participation in Company Results (Historically Between 2 to 3 Months of Salary) A Dynamic Organization Offering Excellent Working Conditions Company Restaurant In-House Technical Training And Many Other Benefits: CSE, Employee Events, etc.
