Temp Air Export Specialist - International Freight

AIR EXPORT CANDIDATE

PAY: $28hr SHIFT: We need someone that can do Monday-Friday w/10:00am-7:00PM w/OT TYPE: Temp for up to 11 full months MISC: Must pass background & drug screen upon selection

• Must have industry experience in AIR EXPORT & CARGOWISE
• Excellence attendance required
• Must have a good working knowledge Excel

Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate and process international air export shipments from start to finish Prepare and review export documentation (HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists) Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export requirements Communicate with airlines, warehouses, and customers on shipment status Schedule pickups, bookings, and track cargo movement Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in systems (e.g., CargoWise) Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
