Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in Denver, CO as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will perform CT imaging according to physician orders, administer contrast when indicated, operate advanced CT equipment, and contribute to high-quality patient care in an acute care environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital CT technologist experience (client requirement).
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with GE CT scanners preferred, including 64-, 128-, or 512-slice platforms (GE Revolution, GE Evolution, GE Frontier noted on unit).
• Experience performing stroke, trauma, head/chest, abdomen/pelvis, and CT angiography exams preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• IV skills and prior trauma/stroke center experience preferred.
• Experience using Meditech EMR preferred.
• Positive customer-service orientation, effective communication skills, ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1800 - 06:30.
• Night shift staffing typically includes two technologists on nights.
• Work occurs on the CT department (third floor) of a hospital setting with multiple CT scanners in use.
