Entry Level Customer Service Representative

We are actively hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our growing event marketing and community outreach team . In this role, you will interact directly with customers and community members at live events, promotional campaigns, retail locations, and fundraising initiatives while providing professional and engaging customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, community members, and event attendees
• Provide accurate information about campaigns, services, programs, and nonprofit initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service and customer support during events and community outreach activities
• Answer customer questions and help create positive, professional interactions
• Communicate campaign and fundraising information clearly and professionally
• Support fundraising campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives
• Engage with customers and members of the public in face-to-face environments
• Represent the organization and its campaigns in a professional manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily campaign and event goals
• Participate in paid training, coaching, team meetings, and professional development
• Maintain a positive and professional image while interacting with customers and community members
