Position Overview

As a CNA or PCA at The Manor, you will provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care and assistance to assigned residents
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with documentation and record keeping
• Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control procedures
• Assist with laundry and general care needs
• Deliver care with compassion, respect, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Current CNA or PCA certification in the State of Arkansas (required)
• Prior experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Strong sense of empathy, patience, and compassion
• Passion for working with geriatric residents
