Who We're Looking For You don't need automotive experience. You need to be someone who: Connects naturally and earns trust quickly Listens first and wants to build long-lasting relationships with their customers Has a competitive fire and holds themselves accountable Wants to grow professionally and financially Incumbents will be required to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and driving records check.
