Requirements High School Diploma 21 years old The driver must have a valid CDL Class A, B, or C driver’s license (WITH S or P endorsements) and be at least 21 years of age provided they have a PERFECT driving record. Any potential driver that needs to be added to Mini U’s vehicle insurance must be approved by Mini U.’s Insurance company before driving any Mini U vehicle. Bus driver must also: Be willing and able to impart information and orally communicate with children, families and others. Be willing and able to understand and respond to oral communications and directions. Be willing and able to read, write, understand and respond to written instructions, communications and materials. Have the capacity to ensure the safety of, observe, and assess all situations involving a child, a group of children and co-workers. Have mobility, strength, and dexterity to be able to lift a child weighing up to 40 pounds; interact at each child's level; and retrieve children who wander and/or run from the group. Summary Hours: Part-time, hours and days vary; generally 4-5 days per week (Monday - Friday); 3-4 hours per day (8:30am - 12:30pm) #J-18808-Ljbffr
