Food Service Worker

Our client, in the senior living community sector, is seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join their team. As a Food Service Worker, you will be an essential part of the culinary support team, helping to deliver quality meal service, maintain a clean dining environment, and uphold food safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to serving older adults, ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.

Job Title: Food Service Worker

Location: Gadsden, AL

Pay Range: $15.50 per hour

Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM; some shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist with meal service to residents in a senior living community

• Support the culinary team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas

• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently

• Contribute to creating a welcoming and respectful dining environment for residents

What's Needed?

• Previous food service or dietary aid experience preferred

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively

• Capacity to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Willingness to support a team-oriented environment
