Phlebotomist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Winchester, Tennessee location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient services. The role operates Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–12pm, with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Enter patient data accurately and maintain specimen information logs
- Process billing information and collect patient payments as needed
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Three or more months of phlebotomy experience
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation for potential multi-site travel
