General Laborer

Atlas Roofing Shingle and Underlayment is seeking a General Laborer for Daingerfield, TX.

General Labor Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for following all plant and safety rules including all safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Maintains housekeeping in the facility.
• Performs cleaning duties both inside and outside the facility.
• Assists with production and shipping department duties as required.
• Operate forklift as required to perform assigned duties.
• General painting throughout facility.
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility.
• Notifies Supervisor regarding any supplies needed to complete duties.
• Any and all other responsibilities as assigned by supervision.

General Labor Experience

• Must be able to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.

General Labor Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Must be able to pass forklift operators test and safely operate a forklift.

General Labor Education, Licenses & Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
