Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit, adhering to facility policies and procedures.


• Float to other campuses ICU Units (Bucyrus & Galion) as needed to maintain hours when census drops.


• Document patient care accurately using the hospital's charting system.


• Adhere to weekend and on-call schedules, ensuring availability and prompt response.


• Administer medications and manage IV drips, including cardiac and vasoactive drips.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and adhere to PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in ICU in a hospital/acute care setting required.


• Travel experience required; no first-time travelers.


• BLS and ACLS certifications required.


• Experience with medication scanning and typical staffing ratios of 3:1.


• Willingness to float to all three campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion).


• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required; exemptions considered for medical/religious reasons.
