Warehouse Manager Details: $60,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm ) Lead, manage, and develop warehouse staff Conduct hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture Develop team members’ skills and create growth opportunities Own and maintain all warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) Warehouse Manager Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in warehouse or operations management Strong leadership and team development experience Must have a process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Experience with ERP systems Should be data-driven and comfortable tracking/reporting metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
