Job Details Location: Hennepin County Department of Community Corrections Adult Correction Facility, Plymouth, MN 55447 and Juvenile Detention Center, Minneapolis, MN. Position Type: Part-Time; Job Shift: Day; Travel Percentage: None; Salary: Per Diem, as needed. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Licensed Dental Assistant in Minnesota required. Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to assist dentists and hygienists in chairside dentistry in a correctional setting. Duties include preparing and sterilizing dental instruments, maintaining the dental operatory, operating radiographic equipment, and performing administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Licensed Dental Assistant in the state of Minnesota. Six months of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred. Certification and/or previous experience performing dental x-rays preferred.
