Dental Sales Representative

Part-Time | 13 Days Per Month | Exceptional Work-Life Balance

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Sales Representative to join our team in a unique flex-time position. This role offers the opportunity to represent industry-leading dental products while enjoying a reduced work schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

You will build relationships with dentists, dental hygienists, and dental office teams, deliver product presentations, and grow your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, hygienists, and dental staff.
Conduct dental office visits and professional product presentations.
Lead lunch-and-learn and educational programs.
Grow your territory and achieve sales objectives.
Manage customer activity, product samples, and reporting through company systems.
Represent the company with professionalism and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Dental Hygiene, or related field, or current Dental Hygienist licensure.
2+ years of successful dental, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Preferred:

Existing relationships with dental professionals in the local market.
Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Schedule & Benefits

Part-time schedule: 13 working days per month
Base salary: $30,000 annually
Performance bonus opportunity: Up to $5,000 annually
Automobile allowance
