Senior Trust Officer

We are partnering with a highly respected financial institution seeking a relationship-driven Trust professional to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients, manage complex fiduciary relationships, and play a key role in delivering thoughtful estate and wealth planning solutions. This role is open due to continued AUM growth, offering high visibility, stability, and strong long-term upside . Location: Columbia, Missouri and surrounding markets What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field Highly preferred certifications: CFP, CTFA, or JD 5–10+ years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or wealth management Strong knowledge of fiduciary principles, trust/estate administration, and regulations Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills Collaborative, client-focused approach with high professionalism What you’ll do: Administer trusts, estates, IRAs, and investment management accounts Manage fiduciary and administrative responsibilities in line with legal and compliance standards Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on estate planning, tax considerations, and wealth transfer strategies We’re expediting the process and beginning interviews now.
