Service Manager Responsibilities Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under‑car repair services. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians. Stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. Drive sales initiatives and communicate directly with customers. Assess customer needs and provide information regarding requested and necessary repairs. Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet expectations.
