Royalty and Label Operations Coordinator

Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas that improve processes and support artists’ long-term growth. Responsibilities Oversee all artist royalties via Tone. Input royalty statements into the Tone platform. Track artist advances, spends and recoupments. Maintain all artist budgets. Maintain release metadata (ISRCs, UPCs, splits, credits) Coordinate release setup with distribution partners Organize all contracts, invoices, and proof of payment. Register songs with collection societies, ensuring accurate songwriter, publisher and split information. Work directly with executive leadership on royalties, budgets, and label operations. Qualifications Must be based in the US, ideally Los Angeles. This job is mainly remote but some in person meetings may be required. 1–3 years of music industry experience preferred Experience with royalty accounting, label operations, publishing administration or music distribution Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills Extremely detail-oriented Excellent organizational skills Comfortable working with financial data Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with ISRCs, UPCs, metadata and DSP reporting preferred Experience with royalty software is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Avant Garden Records
