You’ll help with personal care, medication administration, and community integration while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.Key Responsibilities:Support individuals with daily living skills such as personal care, cooking, and housekeepingImplement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs)Administer medications and maintain Medication Administration CertificationEncourage independence and respect individual choicesProvide emotional support, advocacy, and community engagementComplete required documentation accurately in the agency’s electronic health record systemAttend required trainings and staff meetingsPromote a positive, inclusive, and safe environmentJob Requirements:Possess a valid driver's license for at least 3 yearsLicense must be valid in PA or NYSatisfactory DMV Background CheckAble to work on weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.Physical Requirements:Lift and transfer up to 100 lbs.
