DevOps Engineer Austin, TX (Remote within US) 6 months Contract with possibility to extension

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The client is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer with at least 4 years of professional experience to manage and optimize their software deployment processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building robust CI/CD pipelines, particularly for applications like Salesforce, with a strong background in automation, script writing, and implementing clean, reusable code. The role requires expertise in DevOps methodologies like Agile and Kanban, as well as the ability to perform comprehensive security scans using tools like Veracode. This worker will also be responsible for designing mission-critical DevSecOps services that are scalable and fault-tolerant, supporting production deployments during and after business hours. Responsible following activities: Responsible for building CICD pipelines, automate the build and deployment process for various applications like Salesforce. Perform code security scans, both static and dynamic scans using Veracode (or similar tool). Support operation tasks like production deployment during business and after hours. Gather technical requirements, design, implement, and maintain mission-critical DevSecOps services that are scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant. Required Skills: Experience writing scripts, developing processes automation, and writing clean reusable code. Strong knowledge or proven experience using DevOps concepts and software development life cycle methodologies, including Agile and Kanban. Preferred Skills: Knowledgeable about the DevSecOps tool stacks like Bitbucket, Cloudbees, SonarQube. My3Tech Inc
