Salary: $300,000 - $330,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing + Health + Relocation

Description:

Support senior executive leadership in directing fleet-wide gas plant operations, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective generation across the region.
Lead initiatives that build a high-performance leadership team and workforce through continuous improvement, operational excellence, and best practices in Safety, Conduct of Operations, Conduct of Maintenance, and Conduct of Engineering.
Partner with Fossil Support, Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to develop organizational strategies, improve workforce effectiveness, and identify and implement operational initiatives that deliver measurable return on investment.
Establish and execute strategies focused on improving fleet reliability, achieving top-tier EFOR performance, controlling power production costs, optimizing unit investments, and enhancing overall business performance.
Maintain accountability for compliance with applicable environmental, safety, reliability, and regulatory requirements, including EPA, OSHA, NERC, ERCOT, and applicable state, regional, and ISO standards.
Provide strategic oversight of leadership development, workforce training, cultural transformation, and technical development programs for current and future employees responsible for operating and maintaining large-scale generation assets.
Apply strong financial, risk management, operational, and business judgment to evaluate complex operational needs, manage costs, optimize resources, and drive sustainable improvements in fleet performance and EBIT.
Bring 15+ years of relevant power generation or industrial operations experience, including senior-level leadership of large organizations; demonstrate strong people leadership, organizational effectiveness, regulatory knowledge, operational problem-solving, and the ability to lead diverse internal and external teams.
