Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician

Castle Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the grounds, facilities and amenities of its HOA/condo properties. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and ensures mechanical systems are functional and the site is clean and safe. Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting properties, operating and maintaining equipment, and performing minor repairs.
