Multi-Modality Technologist

Schedule

This is a varied position requiring 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled as follows:

• Friday: 1 PM - 9:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8 AM - 12 PM

Job Description

The Multi-Modality Technologist performs specialized technical duties that include setting up radiography equipment, positioning patients, and acquiring diagnostic radiographs of internal body structures. The role requires expertise in various settings, including surgery and portable x-ray, serving a diverse patient population from pediatric to geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate radiography equipment
• Position patients for radiographs
• Acquire diagnostic images to assist in the detection, diagnosis, and evaluation of pathology
• Utilize C-Arm, Fluoroscopy, and PACS systems proficiently
• Administer IV placement as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience in an acute care hospital setting
• CT experience must be explicitly noted
• Current ARRT (CT) Certification required
• NH State Medical Imaging License required at the time of submission
• Proficiency in C-Arm, Fluoroscopy, PACS, and IV placement
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Travel experience (at least 6 months) is highly preferred
