General Manager - comm'l heat treat/braze

This location provides heat treating and braze services, specializing in Honeycomb Braze. Serving the Aerospace and Commercial Industries.


Responsibilities:

• Fiscal Responsibility
• Heat Treat Revenue Growth and Development
• Braze Revenue Growth and Development
• NDT
• Labor, Staffing, and Employee Training
• Quality Control
• Customer Relations
• Quoting and Invoicing
• Purchasing
• Process and Equipment Control
• Equipment Repair and Plant Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering preferred, but the right experience is also considered.
• Must have knowledge of all phases of heat treating and brazing.
• Heat treating experience is required.
• Experience with AS9100 and/or Nadcap Quality Systems
• Strong Leadership and Management skills.
