Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required (or associate’s degree for SLPAs)
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility in process
• State licensure (or ability to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or SLPA)
• Experience in school-based settings, with K-12 caseloads, preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Passion for fostering student growth and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and family members to support student learning
• Document student progress, maintain records, and complete required reports
• Offer consultations and training to school staff and caregivers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise
