Registered Dietitian - Long-Term Care Nutrition Programs
York Healthcare & Wellness Centre, LP
York Healthcare & Wellness Centre, LP in Highland, California, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee nutritional clinical operations. You will evaluate the Medical Nutrition Therapy needs of residents and ensure compliance with care standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition, as well as at least 2 years of experience in a Long Term Care environment. Knowledge of EMR charting is a plus.
