North South Consulting Group, LLC (NSCG), is seeking an Army Recruiting SME for an opportunity in Elizabethtown, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your prior Army recruiting experience to engage with potential applicants interested in joining the U.S. Army. Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30pm -12am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Army recruiting processes and tools.
• Provide guidance to internal staff in recruiting best practices and branch specific knowledge.
• Leverage experience to anticipate and problem solve customer and stakeholder issues.
• Develop training content to enhance team knowledge of Army culture, values, and traditions.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior service in US Army
• Strong understanding of career paths and progression available to prospective recruits

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience as an Army recruiter
• Familiarity with VRC or similar virtual recruiting environments
• Knowledge of Power BI and Vantage
