Sales Director — Sierra Space

About the Role

Sierra Space is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive strategic growth and customer partnerships across the aerospace and space technology markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Build relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead complex negotiations and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, space technology, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts.
