• Deliver exceptional service to members and prospective members through in-person and phone interactions.
• Assist members with account openings, account maintenance, and financial transactions.
• Support consumer, mortgage, home equity, overdraft protection, and credit card applications.
• Research and resolve account and loan inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through additional products and services.
• Handle cash transactions and negotiable instruments while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
• Assist with branch operations, including vault procedures and balancing activities when needed.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in customer-facing, banking, retail, hospitality, or call center environments.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Cash handling or financial services experience is a plus but not required.

This is a Contract position based out of Brandywine, MD.

The pay range for this position is $23.28 - $23.28/hr.
