Location: Camden, NJ

Pay Rate:  $15.92/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift:

Mon-Fri : 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM

PM Shift- 4:15 PM -12:45 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking  Packaging Associates / Line Workers to join our production team in Camden, NJ. In this role, you will work on a fast-paced packaging and production line, assisting with the  packaging, labeling, assembling, inspecting, and preparation of products for shipment .

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working on their feet, and able to maintain a consistent production pace while following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and work alongside production and packaging lines.
• Package products according to customer specifications and production requirements.
• Place products into containers, boxes, bags, or other designated packaging.
• Assemble, fill, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, proper labeling, and packaging.
• Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged products.
• Count and verify products to ensure correct quantities.
• Feed products or materials onto the production line as needed.
• Monitor the production line and maintain a steady workflow.
• Remove completed products from the line and place them into boxes or designated containers.
• Stack and organize finished products and packaging materials.
• Assist with case packing, palletizing, and preparing products for shipping.
• Follow work instructions, customer specifications, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Work cooperatively with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other production, packaging, warehouse, and material-handling duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in  packaging, manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, food production, or material handling is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and production-line tasks.
• Ability to lift and move products or materials weighing up to 20 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
