We have 30 openings for 1st and 2nd shift Assemblers. 1st shift is 6:00am to 4:30pm, and 2nd shift is 4:00pm to 2:30am. Starting pay is $17.60 for 1st shift and $18.60 for 2nd shift. What You Will Do: Apply covers and other material to foam mattress cores, then palletize and/or box items for shipment Box and label mattresses Load and unload mattress-sized foam cores from various locations Ensure that all product is produced in accordance with the Company’s quality standards and elevates issues as needed Occasionally fills in for other functions outside of primary work area Maintains and cleans assigned work area What you will need: Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and operate machinery on a continuous basis. Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to work overtime and flexible hours during high-demand production seasons.
