Warehouse Associate

Support daily shipping and warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities include generating shipping manifests, picking and packing customer orders, receiving and storing inventory, organizing products on shelves and racks, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will use warehouse systems to enter records, verify orders, and maintain inventory accuracy while following established procedures and productivity goals. Key Responsibilities Generate and process shipping manifests and warehouse documentation Pick, pack, sort, and stage customer orders for shipment Receive, organize, store, and distribute materials and products Move inventory from receiving areas to designated storage locations Maintain accurate records in warehouse computer systems Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and order auditing Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets Fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse Frequent interaction with forklifts, hand carts, and material handling equipment Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Potential training and certification on CROWN equipment after permanent hire Benefits eligibility upon conversion to a permanent employee Safety-focused workplace with structured processes and teamwork-oriented culture. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $13.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
