About the Role Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people? As a Therapist at Spectrum Juvenile Justice Services, you will be a vital part of our mental health Treatment Team, providing direct therapeutic and casework services to youth ages 11 to 20 in our highly secure juvenile justice facility in Highland Park, Michigan. Using our innovative Forward Focus Treatment Model, you will offer clinical insight, direction, and support. In this role, you will work closely with the young people in our care and supervise a dedicated team of case managers and direct care workers. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct therapeutic and casework services to youth. Offer clinical insight, direction, and support using the Forward Focus Treatment Model. Supervise a team of case managers and direct care workers. Engage with youth and their families to foster positive outcomes. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work. Michigan licensure as a master’s level clinician (LLPC/LPC, LLMSW/LMSW, TLLP/LLP). Two years of postgraduate experience in direct treatment services, including residential treatment, casework, group work, and behavior modification (preferred).
