We are currently seeking a Remote Client Services Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with technology, and enjoys helping customers while supporting day-to-day administrative and client service operations.

Position Overview

As a Remote Client Services Associate, you'll support clients throughout their experience with EcoPlus Power while helping maintain accurate customer and account information.

You'll communicate with clients, respond to questions, assist with routine account requests, enter and update information in company systems, and ensure client records are complete and accurate.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build professional experience in client services, customer support, operations, data management, and the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional support to clients by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Respond to client questions and assist with routine account requests
• Enter, update, and maintain client and account information in internal systems
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Process client information and documentation in a timely manner
• Follow up with clients when additional information is required
• Maintain organized and accurate digital records
• Assist with routine reporting, data verification, and administrative tasks
• Escalate complex client issues to the appropriate team member
• Protect confidential client and company information
• Work collaboratively with team members while managing assigned responsibilities independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and online systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks
• Professional and positive approach to client interactions
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
• Previous customer service, office administration, or data-entry experience is a plus, but not required
