Quality Manager - QM1147

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and continuous-improvement initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes, resolve quality issues, improve operational performance, and ensure consistent adherence to established standards. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with practical problem-solving ability and can effectively communicate quality insights to both operational teams and leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead quality assurance and quality control programs and processes. Establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs, and performance metrics. Conduct audits, inspections, process reviews, and quality assessments. Investigate quality issues and lead root-cause and corrective-action initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. quality documentation, procedures, records, and reporting. Support QMS, regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance requirements. Analyze quality data and present trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and other teams. Promote a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in quality management, QA/QC, compliance, operations, engineering, or process improvement. Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple departments. Preferred: ISO/QMS experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, ASQ certification, or related professional certification. Compensation & Benefits $105,000–$125,000 annual base salary Additional 10% contract premium based on applicable contract terms
