CRM Analytics & Loyalty Insights Analyst

Tractor Supply is seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to analyze loyalty program data and support our customer insights initiatives. You will work on email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns within Bloomreach CDP, building audiences and dashboards to measure engagement and revenue. You should have 1–2 years of retail analytics experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Statistics/Finance or equivalent.
