Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels. Process orders and ensure timely delivery of parts. Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to facilitate repairs and maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or automotive parts role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Nice to Have Knowledge of automotive parts and services. Certification in automotive technology or related fields.
