Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license and registration in California (or eligibility)
• Experience with school-based OT services
• Familiarity with fine motor development and strategies to support functional skill attainment
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions to varying needs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Previous experience in home health or healthcare OT settings is a plus

• Assess students skills and develop comprehensive treatment plans to foster growth in fine motor abilities and daily living activities
