Weekend Receptionist

Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center – Knoxville, TN

Part Time Saturday & Sunday 8:00AM-8:00PM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee . As the Receptionist, you'll be the key person to greet and welcome our visitors, staff and our residents and their families into our long term care facility.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in data entry or office support

• Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred

• Strong communications skills (oral and written)

• Outstanding customer service skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately

• Provide information and assistance to residents, families and staff as needed

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security and safety policies

• Assist with clerical duties such as filing and data entry

• Support various departments and administrative tasks as assigned
