Travel Physical Therapist - $1,926 per week

Physical Therapist (PT) – SNF / LTC – Williston, SC Employment type: Travel. Contract duration: 13 weeks. Start date: ASAP. Work schedule: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts). Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and rehabilitation potential. Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined according to patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients; document and record patient condition; educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet physical therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Experience developing patient care plans and providing skilled therapy interventions.
