Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, working within the homes of our patients across Hialeah and the surrounding areas. Our home care facility allows physical therapists to offer treatments in familiar environments where patients feel most comfortable, providing a unique setting that enhances recovery. As part of our collaborative team, you will work closely with registered nurses, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to coordinate care and address the diverse needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations of patients' physical abilities, documenting findings accurately and interpreting them within your professional scope.
• Perform detailed chart reviews and maintain accurate data collection to monitor patient progress, ensuring documentation meets all regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of medical professionals, sharing insights about patient history and needs to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain a strong understanding of complex medical diagnoses, including contraindications and precautions related to therapy procedures.
• Design and implement innovative treatment programs tailored to diverse populations including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients, demonstrating both skill and compassionate care.
• Oversee clinical outcomes, manage therapy interventions, and address atypical cases in coordination with fellow therapists for optimal patient results.

Qualifications

• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 based on experience and caseload management.
