Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test). Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years. No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years. No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years. Accident: No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years. Terminations: Terminations within the last year are a DQ Felonies and Misdemeanors: No Felonies in the past 7 years. No more than 2 misdemeanors in the past 7 years.
