Content Creator / Video Marketing Specialist

Chicago Fabrications is seeking a full-time Content Creator / Video Marketing Specialist to document, create, edit, and distribute content across all company platforms. This is not a desk-only position. You will be embedded with our team in the field, on installations, in the warehouse, on deliveries, during travel, and throughout daily operations. Your primary responsibility is creating and managing content, but you will also be expected to assist the operations team when needed. We are looking for someone who can capture the story of our business while actively participating in it. Schedule Full-Time Position 40+ Hours Per Week Occasional Nights and Weekends Required Travel Required Must be available to attend installations, deliveries, events, and project builds Responsibilities Content Creation Film daily operations, installations, builds, deliveries, logistics, and project milestones Follow project teams throughout the workday capturing content Create engaging content for social media platforms Produce 5–10 posts per day Distribute content across 10+ social media platforms Create short-form and long-form video content Produce long-form content at least once every three days Capture B-roll footage continuously for future content use Conduct interviews with team members, leadership, customers, and partners Schedule and film studio content with employees and company leadership Develop educational, promotional, behind-the-scenes, and recruiting content Editing & Production Edit videos daily Create motion graphics and animations Add captions, transitions, branding, and graphics Create marketing campaigns from raw footage Repurpose existing content into new formats Resurface and recycle older content into fresh campaigns Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Content Library Management Organize and archive all company content Maintain external hard drives and backups Catalog footage for future use Manage content inventory and file structure Upload and organize weekly content updates Transfer and manage large media files through cloud storage and file-sharing platforms Maintain searchable content databases for future marketing efforts Field Responsibilities Travel with the crew to job sites Ride along on deliveries and installations Document logistics operations Assist move teams and installation crews when needed Help facilitate company operations during projects and events Act as an additional team member supporting business needs while documenting projects Required Qualifications Professional video shooting experience Professional video editing experience Experience with animation and motion graphics Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software Strong understanding of social media marketing Experience creating viral and engaging content Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently Ability to lift equipment and work in active job-site environments Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications Photography experience Drone experience Graphic design experience Construction, fabrication, trades, or event industry experience Experience managing social media accounts Experience with YouTube growth and channel management What Success Looks Like Daily content published consistently Organized and searchable content library Increased social media engagement and audience growth Consistent long-form and short-form content output Accurate documentation of company projects High-quality content that generates leads, recruits employees, and showcases Chicago Fabrications' capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
