Weekend Shift: 6 AM-6PM, $19/hour

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work with machinery? We’re looking for a dependable Extrusion Machine Operator to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly and efficiently:

• Set up and operate extrusion machinery following company standards

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs

• Accurately mix and measure color compounds for wire coating

• Follow detailed instructions for raw materials and mixing cycles

• Perform in-process quality checks and document production data

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with machinery:

• Experience operating machinery (extrusion experience is a plus!)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic repairs

• Basic math skills (multiplication/division, using a calculator)

• High attention to detail, especially in measuring and mixing processes

Bonus Points If You Have:

• General production or manufacturing experience

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
