Part Time Teller

Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Part‑Time Teller / Member Service Representative for our Bonney Lake Branch. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, handling transactions, and building customer relationships. Compensation The target salary range for this position is $20.00–$22.50, with a full range of $20.00–$25.00. Additional incentives are tied to production goals and are paid quarterly. Incentives may include up to 25% annual salary bonus when the Credit Union meets its goals, paid each November. Build and maintain relationships with members, providing information on account status, balances, and loan details. Deliver exceptional member service by quick resolution of issues and accurate transaction handling. Requirements Minimum one year of customer service experience; cash handling and retail sales experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be bondable. Notary and NMLS certifications required for UA II level and higher, requiring US citizenship or permanent legal residency. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available. Work Schedule Shifts rotate Monday–Friday (8:45 AM–5:15 PM or 9:15 AM–5:45 PM) and Saturdays (8:45 AM–1:15 PM). The role is part‑time, 25–30 hours per week, and requires availability on Saturdays.
