We take pride in delivering exceptional food and service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Role Summary:At Layne's, we set the bar high-and keep raising it. Our Shift Managers lead by example, coach in the moment, and bring energy and fun to every shift. Your mission: deliver hot food fast, provide exceptional guest service, and help create a "Perfect Every Time" experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support team members during shiftsBe proficient in all hourly roles and POS functionsManage labor and maintain operational awarenessEnsure cleanliness and food safety standards are metUse checklists and tools to run a smooth, consistent shiftHandle guest interactions with positivity and professionalismComplete shift paperwork and hold the team accountablePromote a fun, team-first cultureRequired Qualifications:18+ years oldReliable transportationStrong leadership and communication skillsOrganized, adaptable, and team-orientedPositive attitude and pride in delivering excellenceAbility to coach and teach othersPreferred Qualifications:1+ year of fast-food or shift leadership experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentFlexible availabilityWhat We Offer:Flexible hoursGrowth potentialGreat pay for great peopleCareer advancement opportunitiesFun, supportive work culture
