Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification . We do not accept FNP's. MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED PMHNP.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

$196,000 - $251,000 a year

W2, Full Time Employment with full benefits package

Lifestance Health is growing. We have the following offices opened in and around the Salt Lake City area, Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove and Draper Utah. We will be opening more offices in 2027!
