Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care to our residents. As a CNA at Crown Point HC, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Assist with mobility and ambulation, as needed Perform vital signs and report any abnormalities to nursing staff Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care About Our Facility: At Crown Point HC, we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
